What's in the mail, Not Another Bill!

While trolling through Instagram (one of my fave things to do) I came across a great site with a great idea.  All everyone gets in the mail these days is bills, no more hand written letters, very few magazine subscriptions anymore (since we can get them on our iPads), so who wouldn't love to receive a small little present without fail every month?!

In early 2011 this was Ned Corbett-Winder founding idea for  Not Another Bill:
No-one gets anything good in the post anymore apart from bills and a few pizza menu's. So in exchange for a fee, I'd send my subscribers a surprise interesting package once a month to make them smile and brighten up their mailbox.
This is such a brilliant concept.  We all love receiving packages and wouldn't it be wonderful to receive something unique and special. Corbett-Winder believes in introducing the subscribers to new artists and brands. Artists such as Chris Jarratt, Emma Calvert and Beck Sonder Gaard to name a few. This months little prezzie was a cute handmade bracelet from Esotic.

The site is based out of the UK but they do deliver internationally.  You can buy 1 month, 3 month, 6 month or a 1 year subscription. So with my birthday around the corner and if anyone is still looking to get me something, this might be the perfect thing.

Live in the City: Ryan Leslie with JD Era (Toronto)

I'm 100% still in vacation-mode, so much so that I'm in the process of planning a return-trip to St Lucia as I type but this recent news excited both my ears and my lady-parts, so naturally I couldn't keep it to myself. Friday March 22nd, during Canadian Music Week here in Toronto, Ryan Leslie is returning to our fair city with T.Dot's very own JD Era at The Phoenix. Tickets are on sale now, along with a VIP Meet and Greet option. Dope.

Leslie's third full length album "Les Is More", is available now and currently the Cassie-discoverer is working on a new EP and documentary, Black Mozart.

Stacey McGunnigle gives me a Lady Boner!

It's been a trying and frustrating day and the only thing to lift my spirits was a glass of wine and this hilarious lady, Stacey McGunnigle.  I knew she was funny since I recently caught her at Second City. She had me in stitches all night, but I was unaware that she had her own weekly video Stacey Helps on Hello Giggles.

So while working (well sorta working) I decided to look at a few of her videos on my phone.  She had me laughing out loud at my desk, with a big smile on my face!

I've decided that I've fallen in love and I will be looking forward to all the Wednesdays of the future. So Stacey McGunnigle wanna be friends???

After you check out her weekly video post, make sure to check her out live at the new Second City show Meme-ing of Life, which starts today!!!!!

Oh and Lady Boners for Everyone!!!!
