Sexy Bites for V-Day

Tonight you should try these healthy libido boosting bites, according to Willow Jarosh, MS, RD, and Stephanie Clarke, MS, RD, co-owners of C&J Nutrition.

Let's start with the more phallic options, no need to keep things coy!

Asparagus - Not only are asparagus a good source of Vitamin E, which helps keep your nervous system at its best, thus encouraging your body's sensory receptors (aka you feel of who's feeling you); its also known for its Vitamin B-12 properties which is vital for the production of energy.

Bananas: Another great source of Vitamin B-12 and one of the most phallically recognized produce, bananas are known for their potassium contribution. Which helps keep your muscles contracting normally... think about it. Just think about it.. Bom chicka wah wah

Celery: Long, slim and hard, these crunchy calorie-burning veggies contain phthalide, a compound that aids in relaxing blood vessels, allowing them to dilate and improve blood flow. Again, think about it... Blood flow...phalluses...

Figs: I do actually think there is something yonic about figs, they also contain potassium and are sweet and delicious, just like a woman. Plus they help boost energy levels with their manganese content, and let's face it, no one wants a lover who's half asleep. And those that do, seek professional help.

Oysters: Possibly the best known aphrodisiac, and the feminine imagery is undeniable (but if anyone uses the term clam around me, I will indeed snap shut. *shudders). Boasting more zinc per serving than any other food on the planet, a mineral that helps produce testosterone, besides try eating an oyster and not look suggestive!

And if all else fails just grab yourself some whip cream, chocolate sauce, honey and strawberries and your set for a steamy night!
